Website Payments
MING PIN INC does not accept or process payments through this website. Course access and any fees are confirmed directly through an enrollment confirmation, proposal, or invoice.
Standard Refund Terms
Unless a signed agreement or invoice states different terms, an individual course is eligible for a full refund when the request is made within seven calendar days after payment and no more than 20% of the course has been accessed. Custom training, consulting, downloadable deliverables, and completed services are non-refundable once delivery begins.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@mingpin.io with your name, invoice number, course or service name, payment date, and reason for the request. We will acknowledge the request and may ask for information needed to verify the transaction. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days; your bank may require additional processing time.
